We have an "exchanges only" policy for our products. If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Exceptions and Non-Refundable items:
Please note that custom size items, including all bralettes and bras that require customization for band and cups, cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are made to your specifications.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping fees.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
